Aushadhi Bhavan a welknown leading Ayurvedic Drugs manufacturing unit since last 66 years, is run by Ayurved Seva Sangh, Nashik, a Public Charitable Trust established in 1924 for the cause of development of “Ayurveda,” the great ancient sience. For further expantion of its business, we need people with devotion, ambition and determination. The objective of the Aushadhi Bhavan is to serve the public at large by providing quality products at moderate rates. The profits earned by the Aushadhi Bhavan are utilised for running a Charitable Hospital, Publication of monthly magazine “ Ayurved Patrika”, research in Ayurveda and for imparting education in science of Ayurveda through “Ayurved Mahavidyalaya”. The details of the posts are as under -
MANAGER (H.R.) - One Post
The candidate should be M.B.A. ( H.R.) with 1 to 2 years
experience for similar post. Should have knowledge of computer operations,
systems development, Labour Laws and communication skill . Knowledge of Marathi
is essential.
Age - Should not be more than 30 years.
MANAGER (MARKETING) - One Post (H.Q.Nashik)
The candidate should be B.A.M.S., M.B.A. (Marketing) or B.Pharm
with 2 to 3 years experience in similar field and for similar post. The
candidate should have sufficient knowledge of computer system operations, good
communication skill, market development and handling of the field staff and
should be able to motivate the field staff for achieving best results.
Age - Should not be more than 30 years.
MANAGER (PRODUCTION) - One Post
The candidate should be M.D. (Rasashastra), with 1 to 2 years
experience in commercial Ayurvedic production. The candidate should have
knwoledge of computer system operations, various production processes and shall
be responsible for production palnning and execution and implimentation of
various provisions under Drugs and Cosmatics Act.
Age - Should not be more than 30 years.
MANAGER (Q.C.) - One Post
The candidate should be B.Pharma / M.Sc.(Chemistry) with 1 to 2
years experience in pharma industry. Knowledge of analytical and testing methods
and quality norms for various Ayurvedic Raw Material finished goods, packing
materials and handalling of various instruments is essential.
Age - should not be more than 30 years.
SUPERVISOR (PRODUCTION) - One Post
The candidate should be B.A.M.S. or any other equivalant degree
holder as approved under Drug & Cosmatics Act. Proper knowledge of computer
operation, manpower handling, production processes etc. and shall be responsible
to execute the production plans, maintain the manufacturing records and to
report to Manager (Production).
Age - Should not be more than 30 years.
SUPERVISOR (MATERIALS) - One Post
The candidate should be B.A.M.S. or any other equivalant degree
holders as approved under Drug & Cosmatics Act. He should be responsible for
procurement and storage of various R.M., packing Material and other factory
consumables and bottling and packaging of products maintenance of their records
and supervision of day to day work of all the store keepers and workers engaged
therefor. Knowledge of computer operation is essential. He shall be reporting to
Manager ( Production)
Age - Should not be more than 30 years.
AREA SALES MANAGER - Four Posts
H.Q. 1) Mumbai 2) Pune 3) Kolhapur 4) Aurangabad / Nanded
The candidate should be a Graduate from any faculty with minimum 2 to 3 years
experience in similar capacity preferably from Ayurvedic pharma industry. He
should possess good personality,communication skill, Knowledge of teritory to be
covered and shall responsible to plan supervise and motivate the field staff
working under him. He shall be reoprting to Manager (Marketing)
Age - Should not be more than 30 years.
MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE - Ten Posts

The candidate should be graduate of any faculty with 1 to 2 years experience in
Ayurvedic Pharma Markeitng, Good communication skill, plesant personality and
ability to work with detemination shall be essential.
Age - Should not be more than 25 years.
ACCOUNTS CLERK - Two Posts
The candidate should be B.Com with knowledge of industrial
accounting and operation of Computer systems.Minimum 1 to 2 years exeprience is
essential.
Age - Should not be more than 25 years.
LAB ASSISTANT - One Post
The candidate should be B.Sc. (Chemistry). He shall be
responsible to carry out various analytical and testing jobs for various Raw
Material,finish goods and packing material as per the methods given and to
maintain the data of the same. The knowledge of computer operation is essential.
Experience, if any shall be desirable.
Age - Should not be more than 25 Years.
Notes :-

Representatives shall be hold at Nashik.
3) The selected candidates shall have join their duties within 7 days after
receiving appointment letters.
4) The candidates for the post No. 3,5 and 6 shall be required to give an
undertaking that they shall not involve in any work as Medical Practitioner
after their appointment.
